Why aren't all my slates exactly the same? Our slate is a natural, hand cut material and slight imperfections in shape, size, and coating are to be expected.

Can I get different pictures on a coaster set of 4? Yes, each one can be unique.

Can I put multiple pictures on one slate? Yes, we will work with you on a set up.

What is your return policy?

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return or refund.
Items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for errors made in spelling submitted by the customer.
Please confirm the spelling on your items before you place your order.

If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we'll be happy to offer you a 30% discount on the same item.
You MUST notify us within 30 days of postmark on package to arrange for the return and replacement.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not reimburse return shipping costs.
Of course, if an error is ours, for example, misspellings or the wrong product, we'll replace the item at no charge to you. We will always do our best to make it right if any discrepancy. We pride ourselves on our transparency and business ethics.
To provide the best possible resolution, when requesting replacement, you will be asked to provide:

Do you print T-shirts? Yes, we print T-shirts and Sports Jerseys. Prices are quoted based on the order. (T-shirt brand, style, artwork and quantity all determine the cost.)

How long will it be before I receive my order? For most items, we will mail it to you within 3 - 5 business days from when we receive your order.

We select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized for you. We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special. We work hard to let you know what to expect from your item so you're delighted when you get it. We offer detailed product images and descriptions, as well as the ability to preview most items. With sublimation, your design will not crack, peel or fade. Due to the nature of the slate, it is not uncommon to see blemishes or imperfections within the stone.
